Your business plan has to go through a plan where who will source it whether it be an investor taking a loan from the bank or joint ownership.
you have to look at weekly projections, monthly, and yearly say about three to five years when you are well established and ready to supervise it
STEP 3
Take a survey of your area and know what the market is like what others are doing that the people aren't satisfied with an use it as a niche for your market
STEP 4
Register with the approved ministry of health and have a way of giving your goods batch number, and know the right amount to be used in any pastry you are using.
STEP 5
Bulk buying may save you a lot of money especially when you buying from the producers directly and have a contract with them, you check how many laborers you need to hire and make sure you have at least there three (3) month salary off front so as not to make the business collapse so soon.
STEP 6
purchase the right equipment for your kitchen and if possible look for a cheap way to process it,but if their is non an you are the sole owner you start a small kitchen and later you expand it later.
STEP 7
Have a complementary card and have your shop well designed and you good to launch your shop success
